This software optimizes Customer Risk Assessments, adeptly identifying high-risk profiles with accuracy in almost real-time. They’re on the lookout for a dynamic team member, radiating dependability, fortified by years of valuable experience, and embodying a positive, proactive attitude.
This is a Part-Time positions of 20 hours per week.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and creative support to a busy professional or team
- To free up the client’s time so they can focus on more strategic tasks
- To handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- To proactively identify and solve problems
- To build a strong and trusting relationship with the client
- Manage travel arrangements
- Document creation and editing
- Research and data analysis
- Social media management
- Customer service
- Payroll and invoicing
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Improve the client’s productivity by 20%
- Reduce the client’s administrative workload by 50%
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Virtual or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Knowledge of payroll and invoicing software (quickbooks)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and can-do spirit
