Description
Our UK-based client is seeking for a part-time Team Administrator/Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated, high-level support to their CEO. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s time is managed efficiently, handling day-to-day administrative duties, and supporting key business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote working environment and takes initiative with confidence.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full calendar ownership, including scheduling meetings, managing logistics, and anticipating conflicts
- Inbox management: monitoring, flagging priorities, and drafting replies
- Booking travel and accommodation, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Assisting with personal and business errands where required
- Document and file management across shared drives
- Supporting with ad hoc admin and process improvement tasks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex schedules and inboxes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly) and cloud-based file management
- Prior experience in a PA or EA role preferred
- Xero experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
