Our UK based client is seeking a talented, experienced, and results-driven Social Media Strategist to position our founder as a thought leader on LinkedIn and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. This is a pivotal role in shaping our client’s online presence, amplifying their brand voice, and driving engagement and growth for both the founder’s personal brand and the company. Duties & Responsibilities
Thought Leadership Development:
- Establish and manage the founder’s LinkedIn presence, crafting posts and strategies that position them as a leading voice in communication and personal development
- Build a community of engaged professionals and thought leaders through impactful content and networking strategies
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and execute engaging, creative, and results-oriented social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, on-brand content, including posts, videos, reels, and stories
- Use storytelling to showcase the transformative impact of the our clients services
Video Content & YouTube:
- Plan and oversee video production, ensuring content aligns with platform-specific trends
- Optimize YouTube channel growth with targeted strategies, including SEO, engaging thumbnails, and compelling content
TikTok & Instagram Growth:
- Develop strategies tailored to these platforms to drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
- Leverage trending sounds, challenges, and creative formats to stay relevant and innovative
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize strategies
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure success
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media and overall marketing strategies
- Manage brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with the LSW tone of voice and values
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media strategy and content creation, preferably in personal branding and/or professional services
- A track record of delivering measurable results on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and video editing software
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Passionate about communication, personal development, and making an impact
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
