Our UK-based client is a fast-growing creative brand known for its innovative and high-quality DIY and arts & crafts kits. Their products are sold across the UK, Europe, and globally, and they’re a trusted partner to some of the largest retailers in the industry.
They’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring their creative vision to life across both digital and print platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile and conceptually strong designer with a passion for creativity, branding, and visual storytelling.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual strategies and creative concepts for product campaigns across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels
- Create compelling designs for digital platforms — including social media, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and outdoor advertising
- Collaborate with the marketing team to lead the creative direction of seasonal or product-specific campaigns
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and business goals
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
- Guide the creative team with expert feedback, helping to uplift and align design execution
- Stay on top of the latest visual trends, tools, and design techniques to keep branding fresh
- Provide visual content support for global retail and trade marketing, enhancing the company’s presence in key international markets
Skills, Experience & Requirements
Required
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, with strong exposure to both digital and print projects
- A polished, professional portfolio showcasing campaign work across social, print, and brand-led visuals
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus
- A strong understanding of branding, layout design, colour theory, and typography
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience working with marketing and e-commerce teams is essential
- Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and a design-first mindset
- (Bonus) Skills in motion graphics, web development, or e-commerce creatives
