Our UK-based client provides specialist back-office and administrative support to Letting Agents and Landlords. Their mission is to free property professionals from time-consuming tenancy admin, compliance, deposits, and other administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on what truly matters, growing their businesses.
They are now seeking a Sales & Lettings Executive to act as the first point of contact for property and service enquiries. The role will focus on engaging with prospective tenants, buyers, and clients by managing inbound and outbound calls, booking property viewings, and promoting services. You’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into viewings and sales, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer care at all times
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from potential tenants, buyers, and service enquiries.
- Make outbound calls to lettings enquirers to qualify leads, follow up, and arrange viewings.
- Manage overflow calls from other departments to ensure no enquiry is missed.
- Book and confirm property viewings, liaising with prospective tenants and the lettings team.
- Record all enquiries, calls, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide clear information on available properties, tenancy processes, and related services.
- Make proactive calls to promote additional services such as management and maintenance.
- Support the sales and lettings team with admin follow-ups and enquiry tracking.
- Meet and exceed agreed call, booking, and conversion targets.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service, telesales, or lettings (property industry preferred).
- Confident, clear, and persuasive communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Proven success in handling high call volumes and achieving booking/sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by results.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport quickly with prospective tenants and clients.
