Their mission is to provide rapid and reliable staffing solutions while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service. They are looking for a Supply Sales and Recruitment Partner to join their team. This role is a high-energy, sales-driven position that combines fast-paced recruitment with meticulous compliance management. You will play a key role in ensuring schools receive the right supply staff quickly and efficiently while driving long-term growth for the business. The ideal candidate is a motivated and proactive recruiter with a strong background in sales, recruitment, or staffing. They thrive under pressure, have excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills, and are confident in managing urgent placements and compliance processes. A resilient, results-focused individual who enjoys a fast-moving environment will excel in this role.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for urgent staffing requests from schools
  • Identify and place teachers & TAs into last-minute vacancies within 15-30 minutes
  • Persuade candidates to accept roles and influence schools to confirm placements quickly
  • Manage high-volume inbound & outbound calls to coordinate staffing solutions efficiently
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools to drive repeat business
  • Solve last-minute staffing challenges and ensure a smooth placement process
  • Ensure all candidates are fully vetted before placement (DBS checks, right-to-work, safeguarding, references)
  • Follow up on outstanding compliance documents, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process
  • Onboard new candidates, guiding them through each recruitment step
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of compliant and available staff.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance standards are met efficiently
  • Increase placements by proactively sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Identify long-term opportunities, converting daily supply placements into ongoing roles
  • Keep accurate records in CRM and compliance systems
  • Drive efficiency in recruitment processes to improve speed and accuracy
  • Contribute to business growth by supporting recruitment campaigns and special projects

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales-driven recruitment (ideally in education, healthcare, or temp recruitment).
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills – ability to influence candidates and schools.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment compliance (DBS checks, right-to-work, safeguarding).
  • Excellent phone-based communication skills, with confidence in handling high call volumes.
  • Strong relationship-building ability – able to engage candidates and clients effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset, motivated by KPIs and targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in education recruitment or school staffing
  • Familiarity with safeguarding & compliance standards
  • CRM or recruitment system experience
  • Background in high-speed, reactive staffing (e.g., agency work, emergency staffing, call centre sales)
