Their courses are tailored to help individuals develop skills in areas such as effective communication, accent softening, public speaking, interview techniques, presentation skills, and mastering the British accent. They are at a pivotal moment in our growth journey, and are looking for an ambitious Sales Director to drive the corporate arm of their business. As Sales Director, you will lead and scale our corporate division. This is a unique opportunity to build a thriving B2B branch of our established business. With an 45%+ conversion rate from inquiries to clients, consistently outstanding client feedback averaging 5 out of 5, the potential for growth is immense. You will spearhead sales and strategy, establish scalable processes, nurture existing client relationships, and grow the team. This role demands a visionary leader with proven success in B2B sales, a passion for personal development, and the drive to take our company to new heights.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve significant revenue growth in the B2B sector
  • Establish the B2B division as a key pillar of our client’s business, building a strong brand presence across industries
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and refine the offering

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth, with a focus on long-term profitability
  • Forge relationships with C-suite stakeholders to close lucrative deals
  • Lead by example in developing proposals, negotiating terms, and converting leads
  • Leverage existing client relationships to unlock new opportunities and ensure repeat business

Team & Operations

  • Grow and mentor a high-performing team to support the B2B division
  • Oversee the development of client-focused processes and tools to ensure exceptional delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing to integrate sales and lead generation strategies
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded

Client Experience

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality client journey at every touchpoint
  • Develop and enhance training materials to maintain the client’s reputation for excellence
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve communication success

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in scaling a B2B business, preferably in learning and development, coaching, or a related industry
  • Sales Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of delivering exceptional results
