Inbound Sales Development Representative

Our client is a UK-based growth agency that partners with aesthetic, dental, and medical clinics is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for new leads. Your job is to qualify them, guide them through the early stages of the journey, and ensure a seamless handover to the Account Management team. You’ll also support the sales process behind the scenes with CRM updates, proposal decks, and admin support.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via emails, calls, and forms
  • Conduct discovery calls using qualification criteria to assess lead potential
  • Book discovery and strategy calls with Account Managers
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Support with the preparation of proposal decks and contracts
  • Own the pipeline and ensure a smooth lead handoff via round-robin systems
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to give feedback on lead quality and improve the sales process
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and re-engage cold leads
  • Occasionally assist in outbound prospecting when required
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand the full range of services offered

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an SDR, inbound sales, or sales support role (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident on video calls
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads at different stages
  • Experience using HubSpot or another modern CRM system
  • Understanding of or experience with UK-based service businesses is advantageous
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
