We are a multi-sector outsourcing company seeking a dynamic and motivated recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and connecting talented South African professionals with exciting remote career opportunities in the UK market.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and a passion for helping candidates and clients achieve their goals.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles
  • On-board new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs, company culture, and industry trends to provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to create compelling job descriptions and define candidate profile
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to presenting candidates and negotiating offers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments to better understand the job market and talent landscape
  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, offering career guidance, interview preparation, and job search support
  • Advise clients on recruitment best practices, market insights, and hiring strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and client feedback
  • Develop recruitment and attraction tools and strategies that attract a diverse candidate pool

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
  • Have experience working across the recruitment process, either as an internal recruiter or as a recruitment consultant on the agency side
  • Excellent at sourcing and able to identify people who are the best fit for the role
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with perfect spelling and grammar
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior executives
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demand
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Recruitly
