Description
Our Client is seeking an ambitious and experienced Process Analysts to join our dynamic team. As a Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. From creating process documentation to conducting maturity assessments, you will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business success.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement
- Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities , and end-to-end use cases
- Review information and trends to ensure that process outputs achieve desired results and services meet agreed-upon service levels
- Conduct maturity assessments against process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
- Identify issues, risks, inconsistencies and problems, bringing them to the attention of management and participating in problem resolution
- Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews
- Extract reports and provide high-level data analysis for review
- Maintain a complete understanding of and adhere to all IT policies and processes
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Great analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools and techniques
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops
