Post-Sales Support & Onboarding Administrator

Our UK client is a fastest-growing telecommunications company providing businesses with everything they need for reliable and efficient communication, they’re on the lookout for a Sales Support & Onboarding Administrator to join their team. This role is all about ensuring a smooth, professional, and seamless experience for new clients from the moment a sale is completed to the successful system installation

You’ll play a vital role in bridging the gap between sales and operations — managing administrative processes, engaging with clients over the phone, building system setups, and ensuring everything is in place for a successful installation

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding survey calls alongside the sales team to capture detailed client requirements
  • Complete system setup calls with new customers to determine exact build specifications
  • Configure and build the client’s phone system within the company’s software platform
  • Create accurate purchase orders for all equipment required by the UK installation team
  • Take precise setup notes at the point of sale to minimise system configuration errors
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure each client’s first impression is a great one

Skills, Experience & Requirements

Required

  • Strong administrative and telephone communication experience is essential
  • Previous experience in a post-sales, onboarding, or project support role is ideal
  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar and spelling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for getting things right the first time
  • Organised, efficient, and confident working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • A calm and friendly personality who enjoys speaking with customers and solving problems
