Performance Marketing Manager (PMM)

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is critical to taking their marketing efforts to the next level and creating a cohesive, long-term strategy for inbound lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing within the services sector and a proven track record of managing and optimizing various marketing channels.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effectiveness of the company website and manage the creation and optimization of landing pages to drive conversions and align with email campaigns, events, and social media
  • Design, implement, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize RO
  • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website
  • Plan and produce engaging content that supports lead generation efforts and enhances brand visibility
  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot and our external partner (Flowd), focusing on nurturing leads and driving engagement
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of all marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Align all sources of lead generation into a cohesive, long-term strategy that supports business growth
  • Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy for all team members and the business to follow
  • Be the custodian of the brand guidelines and ensure the team adheres to the policy

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing within the services sector
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and Instagram, along with other relevant social media platforms
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and email campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation and align with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Sales Director and other team members
