Our UK-based client is an industry leader in premium packaging solutions, delivering bespoke unboxing experiences across various sectors from beauty and interior design to e-commerce and sampling campaigns. With a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and cutting-edge print technology, they are reshaping how brands present their products and interact with customers.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand their customer base and generate qualified sales leads.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new leads across multiple sectors using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and industry-specific directories
- Execute outbound sales strategies via phone, email campaigns, and social networking to secure new business opportunities
- Book a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week with target customers (TCPs) for the sales team
- Build meaningful relationships with prospects, nurturing trust and long-term interest
- Accurately log activities and interactions in the ZOHO CRM system for clear reporting and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team, participating in weekly strategy meetings and performance reviews
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ outbound telesales experience, ideally in B2B environments
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills
- High energy, results-driven, persistent, and resilient under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly convey value propositions
- Proficient in CRM tools (especially ZOHO) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
