Our UK-based client, an award-winning full-service marketing agency specialising in helping growth-focused businesses, is currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their vibrant and creative team. In this exciting position, you’ll play a key part in enhancing brand identity, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing online reputations for a wide variety of clients. You’ll be hands-on with campaign delivery, working across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, websites, blogs, and paid ads.
You’ll also get the chance to work on internal promotional efforts for the agency and its sister company, making this a varied and dynamic role where your contributions will have a real impact.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Write compelling blog posts and website content with SEO in mind
- Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
- Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook)
- Support event marketing initiatives
- Adapt and update content within WordPress websites
- Assist in managing client reputation and online presence
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Relevant qualification (CIM, DMI diploma or similar)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Experience with Google Ads or similar platforms
- Basic to intermediate graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Familiarity with WordPress and content editing
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
- Video editing and content creation (Final Cut Pro or similar)
- Advanced SEO and website design/development knowledge
- Google Analytics and SEMrush proficiency
