Inside Sales Executive

Our UK client is a fastest-growing telecommunications company providing businesses with everything they need for reliable and efficient communication, they’re on the lookout for a Inside Sales Executive to join their team. If you’re passionate about building relationships over the phone, thrive on hitting sales targets, and want to be part of a fast-paced team that values initiative and communication — this could be your next great move.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the company’s sales success by generating qualified leads and setting up discovery demos for the sales team. You’ll be expected to manage your own pipeline and hit measurable KPIs.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce the company’s products and services
  • Qualify prospects and book high-quality sales appointments (target: 1.5 demos booked per day, 7+ per week)
  • Manage your personal appointment pipeline and calendars for efficiency
  • Identify customer needs and tailor communication accordingly
  • Nurture leads through follow-ups and help guide them through the sales funnel
  • Track your outreach activities and performance using a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and share feedback
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is highly preferred
  • Excellent English (spoken and written), with strong grammar
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own time and pipeline
  • Experience in the telecoms or tech industry is a strong advantage
