To support their next phase of brand evolution and market visibility, they’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand to own the marketing function, sharpen their positioning, and drive content and campaigns that build trust, attract clients, and support talent acquisition.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Redefine the brand and market positioning to reflect the company’s evolving service offerings and client base.
- Develop and execute a clear, targeted LinkedIn content strategy that resonates with two distinct audiences: prospective clients and senior recruitment talent.
- Plan and lead thought leadership content such as, Industry news and commentary, Compensation benchmarking reports and Talent insights and trends
- Design and execute in-person events aligned with the company’s Operations & Supply Chain market focus.
- Work closely with leadership to drive inbound opportunities and enhance credibility and visibility in the market.
- Position the business as a destination employer in the recruitment industry, enhancing its employer brand to attract top senior talent.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Strategic and hands-on marketing leader with the ability to both define the vision and deliver execution.
- Strong experience building and delivering B2B marketing campaign, ideally within professional services or talent/recruitment environments.
- A creative communicator with proven success across digital channels (especially LinkedIn).
- Experience in event planning and content-led marketing strategies.
- Confident leading on video content initiatives and building multi-channel campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a growing, dynamic business.
