Our client has a global client base consisting of a sophisticated C-Suite audience primarily in financial services. As a relationship-based business with a long sales pipeline, they are seeking a Digital Marketing and Sales Assistant to support their growth efforts while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality control. The ideal candidate has HubSpot skills and strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM(HubSpot) to ensure accurate client data and communications
- Produce client communications via HubSpot , ensuring timely and relevant messaging
- Manage and maintain LinkedIn accounts, including regular posts and engagement activities
- Collect data and analytics on marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and inform strategy
- Produce reports on client leads and develop follow-up strategies to nurture relationships
- Take responsibility for advertising and running quarterly client webinars
- Design graphics for campaigns and promotions to enhance visual appeal and engagement
- Edit videos from founder’s TV appearances for use in marketing materials
- Create engaging LinkedIn posts to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Assist in creating presentations for sales pitches and client meetings
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a digital agency or marketing role within a dynamic company
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing and sales support
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills
- Experience using Zoom for running client webinars
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
