Our UK based client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support their strategic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional quality standards. You will ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, working closely with various teams to enhance workflow efficiency and client satisfaction. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage operational tasks to support project timelines and objectives
- Maintain the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date client data and communications
- Assist in planning and organising meetings, events, and webinars, ensuring seamless execution
- Collect and analyse data to create detailed reports that inform decision-making and strategy
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve workflow efficiency
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives
- Monitor and manage project deliverables, addressing any operational challenges promptly
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating the production of promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure compliance and accessibility
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of presentations for meetings
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations or coordination role within a dynamic organisation
- Strong proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to design polished presentations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Experience using Zoom to organise and run virtual events
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
