Digital Marketing Executive

Our UK-based client is a trusted and people-focused company specialising in the delivery of high-quality underfloor heating systems for new build commercial and residential projects of all sizes. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of their digital marketing strategy, working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to overall business growth. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets commercial focus — ideal for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Content & Branding

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content, sales aids, case studies, presentations, and campaigns that position the business as an industry leader.
  • Ensure all content and branding remain consistent across digital platforms.
  • Maintain up-to-date product data sheets, guides, and support material.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and manage the social media calendar including content drafting, scheduling, approval, and publishing.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
  • Identify industry-relevant trends and propose innovative content ideas.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences.
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities for performance enhancement.

Website & SEO/PPC

  • Create and optimise SEO-friendly website content in line with brand and marketing strategy.
  • Assist with PPC campaign implementation and tracking.
  • Monitor website performance and report on traffic, lead generation, and ROI.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels.
  • Produce actionable reports for the Marketing Manager, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in the construction industry or B2B environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative, solution-focused, and commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
  • Skilled in social media management, content creation, and SEO/PPC.
  • Confident using tools such as Adobe, SEMrush, WordPress, MetriCool, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small marketing team.
