Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee and guide a dedicated team of customer support agents. This position is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, improving service levels, and achieving team targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading and developing a remote team, ensuring operational excellence and efficient resolution of customer queries.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage client details accurately in the CRM System
- Assist in requesting quotes , a core service provided by the company
- Create detailed proposals with a focus on precision and accuracy
- Serve as a key liaison for communication with insurance providers
- Efficiently manage tasks with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients , providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements as needed
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
- Ability to effectively navigate and utilize CRM Systems to manage client details, track interactions and generate reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on accuracy and precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
