Our Client is a dynamic agency operating within the healthcare industry, providing exceptional staffing solutions to both public and private healthcare sectors across the UK. They are dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and ensuring compliance with industry standards. They are seeking a compliance agent to join their team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team by expediting the compliance process for new registration nurses, ensuring they are prepared to work efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role would possess excellent telephone manners and the ability to build strong relationships.

This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Obtain compliance documents for candidates in accordance with industry and client framework/standards.
  • Understand the locations of vacancies and liaise with the client team to discuss nurse requirements.
  • Ensure all new registration nurses are compliant and ready to work in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with management regarding proposed dates for when new registration nurses will be available to work.
  • Brief candidates on any new changes within the medical industry and implement these changes into the current workload.
  • Participate in meetings alongside the Reference Team, Compliance Officers, and Governance, providing reports to line manager and directors accordingly.
  • Conduct database searching and analysis reporting.
  • Contribute to referral and marketing projects.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Experience with compliance management systems or software preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures in the medical industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address compliance issues effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate candidate availability.
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification in compliance-related areas.
  • Capacity to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and familiarity with NHS and private healthcare sectors is advantageous.
